We wanted to capture the memories of two residents in the Purdy Pavilion and to keep these memories alive by recording them in two small booklets. Therefore, our project is titled “Zeitgeist,” which can be translated as “the spirit of the age.”We imitated this process through our project: by learning from their experiences and preserving them using editorial design that is easy to read for our elders, we not merely chronicled these memories but also interpreted their meaning, thereby fusing the horizons of the past and the present. 

In this project we  recorded the stories of two of the residents  in UBC Purdy Pavilion.
